The SDC-75 has a high intensity LED display which is visible up to 1000 feet away.
The internal Radar unit will track vehicles coming towards it from 1500 feet away giving an accuracy tolerance of +/- 0.1mph. This makes the unit a favourite choice on hundreds of private sites across the world.
The display cabinet, measuring 710mm x 560mm, is built from Gauge 14 rolled steel and the front from clear Lexan Solar grade plastic, making it clearly visible even in direct sunlight. The SDC-75 has the following options within its enclosure controls

• Cut Off Speed – This tells the radar not to show a speed on the display below this speed which is an eco-mode to reduce power wastage.
• Violation Speed – This speed should be set to the speed limit of the site and once a vehicle approaches the unit at a higher site speed, it will flash the speed constantly on the display until slows down to the site speed limit.

The SDC-75 is solar powered. There is also a non-solar powered model, the SDC-50 Our speed display can also accept a plug in unit which will record vehicle data, e.g. Speed, Time, Date, Vehicle averages and peak times for infringements.

• Table one outlines the number of vehicles sticking to the posted speed limit of 10mph and the number of offending vehicles.
• Table two shows the number of vehicles passing through per hour.
• Table three shows the Vehicle Count vs Speed of vehicles.
